Our own team covers the five countries we work in. Your clients travel with your name on the itinerary. Ours stays in the background: we contract the hotels, guides, drivers and experiences, confirm every detail in writing, and are on call while they are here. Based in Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Kraków, our team is never more than a few hours from your travellers, wherever they are in the region.
What a partner gets

- A written quote within three working days for a standard request, a full itinerary with confirmations before departure
- Guides selected for the traveller, not for the route: language, pace, interests

- Restaurant bookings, tickets and private access handled in advance
- A 24/7 concierge line for travellers, in English, answered by our team
- One invoice per file, in euros, with agreed payment terms

Itinerary and net price within three working days for a standard request, with alternatives where they are worth considering.

Confirmation
Deposit, bookings confirmed in writing, final documents four weeks before travel.

Travel
Concierge line live from arrival to departure; you are told of any change before the traveller is.

After
Feedback from the guides and drivers, and one invoice.
