2. Purpose of the website

This website presents the services of Elencia as a destination management company in Central Europe. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed through this website. No services can be purchased or booked online, and no payment is taken through this website.

3. How our services are contracted

Elencia's services — groups and events for companies and agencies, and ground arrangements for tour operators and travel designers — are provided under a written agreement concluded with each client. That agreement, together with its appendices, sets out the services, prices, payment terms, cancellation conditions and the respective liabilities of the parties. In the event of any difference between this website and a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

Elencia acts as a travel intermediary and destination management company. Elencia does not sell package travel to consumers within the meaning of Act No. 159/1999 Coll. and does not operate as a travel agency (cestovní kancelář) under that Act.

4. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the contact form or by email does not create any obligation on either side. We aim to reply within two working days. Any proposal we subsequently send is valid for the period stated in it and is subject to the availability of the suppliers concerned at the time of confirmation.

5. Content and accuracy

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but destinations, venues, suppliers and prices change. Descriptions and figures are indicative and do not form part of any contract. We may change the content of this website at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, layout, logo and name "Elencia" are the property of Elencia s.r.o. Photographs are the property of Elencia s.r.o. or are used under licence from their authors. No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, beyond what is permitted by law.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elencia s.r.o. accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of this website, from reliance on its content, or from any interruption or unavailability of the website.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any dispute concerning the use of this website falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
